  • No orders will be processed without 70% advance and proof of payments.
  • 70% advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Our standard delivery time for Nationwide orders is 3-4 weeks for Luxury Prets and 2-3 weeks for Luxe Casuals.
  • Our standard delivery time for International orders is 4-6 weeks for Luxury Prets and 3-4 weeks for Luxe Casuals.
  • In case of any exchanges (due to seller’s fault) please make sure to inform us within 24 hours and send the article back within 72 hours.
  • Customers must have their Order ID or Invoice for exchanges.
  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
  • No exchange, cancellation, or refund is applicable once an order is placed or an item is purchased.
  • The brand is not liable for any claims post-collection of the item.
  • Refunds are not offered, only exchanges are permitted.
  • Upon placing an order, a detailed invoice will be provided for review and confirmation. No claims or changes are permitted after confirmation.
  • Subsequent alterations after a final fitting will incur charges. Alterations are valid for 48 hours after the delivery date.
  • Sizes may vary depending on the silhouette of the design.
  • Colors may vary from those shown on our website and social media platforms due to screen differences.
  • Chikankari and lace patterns may vary depending on availability.
